Phase I(Completed & sold in 2017)
DND’s Project Phase I was made of houses that were built since
2015 and got sold out in 2017. This was a proof that DND is filling
the gap in the real estate industry in Rwanda.
Phase I was made residential real estate. These were modern
houses with a parking space and a garden in a quiet neighbourhood
in the midst of Kigali City.
